After the designs have been approved, we send the ductwork to our laser cutters & automatic duct folding machines for manufacturing. Our team then assembles all components with any form of protection the duct may require. The protection may include insulation for heat management or a flame proof wrap to protect against extreme heat. Cavalier build duct in-house & also fabricate most of the items required for any mechanical ventilation system, and what we don’t manufacture we keep stocked in our warehouse to ensure that we can keep lead times to a minimum.
