Ozone Generators
Cavalier's Ozone Generators are designed remove & break down pungent or unwanted odours that could pass through the exhaust system. Ozone is converted from the ambient air through the means of corona discharge (similar to lightning in a storm), which reacts with odours & pollutants from the exhaust to break them down into smaller, odourless particles.
Cavalier's activated carbon units are specifically made for the control of the emission of cooking odour. The activated carbon bank is designed to control and eliminate gas and vapour contaminants in the removal of harmful odours and chemicals. Carbon filters operate through the process of absorptions, as the structure of carbon is a natural absorber. The nominal pore diameter of activated carbon granule is 0.4 nanometre.
Carbon filtration units are manufactured from raw materials. We use target specific activated and blended carbon in granule form. This process purifies the once contaminated air from commercial kitchen, leaving air pollution to a minimum at the discharge location.
